Cecelia is so cute! It looks like she is smiling at her mom, she saying "I love you". Rudy is so adorable holding her, he looks like he just can't get enough of her.
she is absolutely gorgeous -- can't wait to see her in person!!! Keep sending pictures--I love seeing them!!!!
